8th - balloon project
       work on another peice of project (type flying notes, height calculation, future balloon)
       should be done with: concept balloon, design questions, actual balloon, prefight questions

8th finish balloon for wednesday, "actual" balloon final copy (rough copy in sams journal) and questions for tuesday3/26
